Featuring 10 acres of forest in the Jemez Mountains just north Ponderosa and east of Jemez Springs, NM. This was used for farming and animal grazing by the local population. Found along Forest Road 10, this property is very close proximity to outdoor recreation areas: Jemez Springs, Fenton Lake, the Valles Caldera, and a vast number of natural springs and hiking trails. The Paliza Family Campground is south along Forest Road 10. These acres are forested with a variety of indigenous trees and firewood permits are available through Sandoval County.
